Poker Superstars

So we did our own Poker Superstars and I went to the final table with $24 in chips. The leaders were somewhere around $65. I doubled up early with kings and was around $50. I felt good about the way I was playing and the thing that were happening. A couple hands I remember...I limped UTG with 66 and got raised by the BB with KQs. The flop was all hearts and I had one in my hand. I put him all in and didn't improve. He doubled up and I was in trouble. I think the play by him was bad because he was out of position and only had KQ. Anyway, I also had K7 from the small blind and bet out with a King high flop. Shannon raised me and I thought about it for a couple minutes and laid it down. He later told me he had KQ so it was good lay down. Brett started the tourney with around $8. He made the most improbable of all comebacks and won the whole thing. He took home $100 for his work. Tim, who came into the final with the second most chips took home second. I didn't think he played very aggressive heads-up. I think he could have beaten Brett if he would have made more preflop raises and more bets on the flop. Anyway, a great tourney. We should have another.
